With produce deliveries arriving daily, it's up to executive chef Damon Jones, sous chefs Dustin Farley and Robert Wilson, and pastry chef Terra Sharp to prepare creative, impeccable dishes and daily specials.
Typical entrées include steak, pork chops, crab fondue and Northwest steelhead, paired with delicious salads and hearty soups, all featuring the flavors Oregon is known for: truffle oil, marionberries, pears, hazelnuts and wild mushrooms. Dessert offerings change with the seasons, and can include tarts and bread puddings with fruit as well as cakes with housemade ice cream. The beverage selection is hardly lacking; available are herb-infused cocktails (featuring local spirits) along with Oregon wines and beers.
