Oregon.com respects your privacy. Our goal is to be your trusted, objective source for information about Oregon and to make your visits to our site easy and enjoyable. Oregon.com protects your privacy. Oregon.com will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. What kinds of information do we collect?
We gather information that you voluntarily provide whenever you visit our site, sign in at our guest book, request information, fill out a form, or purchase from us directly. This information is also collected whenever you register as a member of our site or take advantage of our special offers. For example, we may request your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address when you respond to an offer for a free relocation brochure or when you place your electronic "vote" in an online poll of popular Oregon vacation destinations.

Optionally, you can provide us with an indication of your interests and activities, your shopping or purchasing habits, age, occupation and the like, by choosing to participate in various customer surveys that we may post online from time to time.

How do we use it?

The security of our customers' data is a top priority for Oregon.com. We strive to ensure our software and web-based services are as secure as possible in order to keep our customers' information safe. Please note, however, that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, any web sites you visit and information that you share with us, is done so at your own risk.

A brief explanation of cookies.
When you accept a cookie from our site, we assign a random number to your computer that is kept in a file there, called a "cookie". How you can choose what to receive.
We will from time to time send you messages about new site features or offers from our advertising partners. These messages will be targeted based on the interests you have indicated to us.

If you receive a message from us and choose not to receive future e-mails, click reply and send a message. Please remember to include the word "remove" in the subject line. The same processing time applies.
